2. Which data do we process?

When you visit our website, your browser transmits information to our server, which we collect automatically. Specifically, this relates to the following data:

3. For which purpose do we collect your data and on which legal grounds?

Your data is processed in order to allow access to our website and to ensure stable and comfortable use. Additionally, the processed data is also used for statistical purposes. Data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (Art. 6, para. 1, letter f), GDPR). Our legitimate interests are justified by the aforementioned reasons. In addition, data that you provide voluntarily (for example, as part of an inquiry) is also stored based on Art. 6, para. 1, section 1, letter a) of the GDPR.

4. How long do we store your data?

Your data will be erased when it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected. This is the case when your visit to our website is finished or once a contractually agreed business relationship has ended.

Through the right to rectification (Art. 16, GDPR), you have the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of objectively inaccurate personal data. Through the right to erasure (Art. 17, GDPR), you have the right to have your personal data erased by us without undue delay when one of the grounds listed under Art. 17 of the GDPR applies. You have the right to request restriction of processing (Art. 18, GDPR) when one of the grounds in Art. 18 of the GDPR applies. This is the case if you should contest the accuracy of your stored personal data, for example. Through the right to withdraw consent (Art. 7, para. 3, GDPR), you can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. In this context, please note that withdrawal of consent shall not apply to the past. Provided we have stored your personal data in line with Art. 6, para. 1, letter f) of the GDPR, you have the right to object based on Art. 21 of the GDPR. 8. Contact form

If you should have any inquiries, you can send these to us via the contact form provided on our website. The data sent as part of this inquiry (company, email address, name, phone number) is stored for the purposes of answering your questions. Data processing for the purposes of contacting you is made based on your given voluntary consent in line with Art. 6, para. 1, section 1, letter a) of the GDPR. Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required and there are no applicable legal retention obligations. Your consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with a simple notification by email to info@swissfairtrade.ch.

9. Google Fonts

In order to ensure fonts are displayed uniformly, this website uses web fonts provided by Google. When a page is accessed, your browser loads the required fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. To do this, your browser has to connect to the Google servers. As a result, Google becomes aware that our website has been called up via your IP address. The use of Google Fonts is made in the interests of a uniform and attractive representation of our online offering. This is considered a legitimate interest in line with Art. 6, para. 1, letter f) of the GDPR. If your browser does not support Google Fonts, a standard font is used by your computer. 10. SSL and TLS encryption

This website uses SSL and TLS encryption for security reasons and for the protection of confidential data when transmitted, for example when sending an inquiry or opening a support ticket with us as the website operator. You can see whether an encrypted connection is in place by looking for the padlock symbol in the browser and by “https://” instead of “http://” in the address bar. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties. Note: If you delete your cookies, the opt-out cookie is also deleted and will then have to be activated again accordingly.

11. Privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics
